Tenth poem of a soul to the Holy and Blessed Heart of Jesus
Free my soul, dear Jesus,
from all the inventions of the world,
that it may awaken
to the pure and the compassionate love
through Your divine
and powerful Intercession.
Lord, make me free
of resentments and guilts.
Construct, through my service to You,
all the plans and Gifts
that You, Beloved Lord
have already thought.
Consecrate me to You, Lord,
even In the moments of trial
and challenges of life.
Make me a participant
of the Sacrament of Reconciliation
and that every day I can
confess myself with You openly
so that my small spirit will be renewed
every time that You,
Master Of Love,
consider.
Embrace me, Lord
in the cold nights.
Shelter me, Lord, on Your Lap
so that close to your kind Heart
I can worship you as the Great and
Divine Living Temple of God.
I thank you for granting me Your Eternal Peace.
